The Story Behind Toilets covers everything related to toilets - the history, the technology, sewage-treatment plants, health issues related to poor sanitation and the use of water. Elizabeth Raum enjoys writing about the history of everyday items.

ASK (Authors Specialist and Knowledge) is a process that provides students with the opportunity to interview an author or a subject specialist in the topic they are reading about in a novel. The program uses excellent literature, journal writing and interviewing to promote reading for understanding.
