Writing Rules! with popular children’s author Janie Lynn Panagopoulos, a fun and easy way to teach creative fiction writing to your students. In this enjoyable class, Ms. Panagopoulos will teach her version of the “Elements” using her, ever popular, 3/3/3 method.  She will also explain to your students how the beginning, middle, and end, really do matter in storytelling. Characters not completely developed? Lacking identification tags?  Never again, after Janie shares her writing secrets with your classroom.

Students will try their hand at writing a story, using all the above techniques.  Ms. Panagopoulos will provide the story format, and your students will simply use their creativity to build characters, based on America’s first environmentalist, the Native American’s as they share a spring story of Mother Earth’s renewal.

Please make sure you can commit to the work necessary to prepare for this program before registering your class. Questions? Email Sue Porter at sporter4@comcast.net
